There are blessings in every day. Look for your blessings. 🙏🏽🫶🏽 It’s easy to dwell on what’s not good. What’s not right. Who hurting you. The things you don’t have. The unjust in the world. But we can always see the good. Choose to dwell on what we are grateful for. Make the most of each day. Trust that God will work in and through all of life’s circumstances, even the painful. I don’t write this lightly. 😭🙏🏽 No this life is not easy… But there are always blessings to be grateful for. @allthingspossiblepod

cptsd & ed recovery are some of the hardest things I’ve ever been through, but also the most life changing in the best way you deserve freedom in your own mind. Things do get better, promise ❤️‍🩹 #recoveryispossible #mentalhealth #cptsdrecovery #edrecoveryjourney
Ahhh strength training… how I missed you 🙋🏼‍♀️ After 2.5wks off from training due to a sinus infection today I was well and truly back! It hurt, it was sweaty, the endorphins were boosted. Just how I like it. I even hit a new PB on my hip thrust. Sometimes a rest and reset pays off and clearly I needed one. The body is always communicating with us. Physical tension, stress, Gut health, inflammation or in my case the infection. I was doing a lot and constantly moaning about needing rest without actually taking a rest until I had no choice 🤦🏼‍♀️ Sleep and nutrition was my priority and although frustrating at the time I’ve clearly benefited from it both mentally and physically 💪🏼
Social anxiety ah enaka never😂🌝
Netflix is making some major cuts to its workforce. The streaming giant announced Wednesday (Oct. 14) that it’s laying off approximately 1,000 employees, accounting for roughly 6% of its workforce. According to CNBC, the cuts will primarily affect workers in the product, technology, legal, and human resources departments. In a memo to employees, #Netflix co-CEOs Ted Sarandos and Greg Peters explained that the company must be strategic about its resources, despite remaining financially strong. “Our business is strong and growing, and we remain on track to deliver our full year forecast,” the executives wrote, adding that Netflix plans to continue investing in areas that support growth and innovation. The layoffs come just weeks after Sarandos admitted Netflix was “not growing as fast as I want.” While the company remains a streaming powerhouse, viewership has reportedly stalled. Netflix is also facing increased competition from #YouTube and the planned combination of Paramount+ and #HBOMax. Netflix is scheduled to report its latest quarterly earnings on Oct. 20.
