You NO need ELECTROLYTE❗️

People been sweaty longgggg time….somehow survive no electrolyte supplement….

Now you think you need supplement just to start day….you getting scammed

Electrolyte supplement “sometimes” great for athlete or certain medical conditions(POTS)…BUT MOST people NO need supplement…

Average person just get electrolytes in diet….eat sodium super easy….most people actually need eat less sodium…

Most people need more magnesium potassium…but electrolyte supplements ~90% sodium anyway…better off eat fruit and veggie!!!

The UK has some place names that sound like somebody was naming the country specifically for a group chat. From Cockermouth and Penistone to Shitterton and Twatt, these are real British place names that somehow made it onto the map and survived for centuries.
