Strong women are beautiful. And so is the process of becoming one.

The muscle you’re building, the weights you’re lifting, the progress you see in the mirror — it all tells a story of commitment, patience, and growth.

You can be feminine and muscular. Soft and strong. Elegant, powerful, and SEXY.

There’s something incredibly beautiful about a woman who embraces her strength, builds her curves, and feels confident in the body she’s creating.

You don’t have to choose between being feminine and being strong. You can be both. You can be soft, you can be powerful, and you can be sexy in your own way.

Your body doesn’t have to be the smallest version of itself to be the most beautiful.

Build the shape. Build the strength. Build the confidence.

Because strong is beautiful. And STRONG is SEXY 💅🏻🔥

3 rijpe bananen
160 gram meel
2 eieren
1 theelepel bakpoeder
1 theelepel vanille-extract
Kaneel (ik doe altijd best veel)

Optioneel: chocovlokken, stukjes dadel of rozijnen.

Bereiding:
