Concentric Clarity

I know the screenname is 260 to Abs, but back in the day I was in the 300+ club - got as high as 305 before I gave up checking the scale! 😅 But I was hovering around 240-275 for at least 15 years.

I thought I lost these photos of college graduation forever. Just ran across them in a sealed up box.

What’s wild is, that was probably mostly from slamming soda 👀 Yeah I had a big appetite obviously, but I was going through up to a 12-pack of Dr peppers pretty much every day. I think I went from 300+ down to 260 in less than 6 months just by quitting soda for a while, and not getting back into slamming a bunch of them daily.
