7 months agoJust flew First Class from São Paulo → Paris → London with Air France… and WOW. From check-in to arrival, everything was seamless and truly premium. In Paris, I was met at the aircraft door and driven across the tarmac in a private car straight to the La Première lounge 🤯 — next level service. The lounge felt like a luxury hotel, dining was Michelin-quality, and the onboard experience was flawless. Effortless, elegant, and personal. Now compare that to my previous British Airways First Class flight London → NYC… 😬 The Concorde Room at Heathrow? Cold service, staff with attitude, and overall underwhelming. Onboard didn’t improve — food and service felt far below what First Class should be. Final verdict: Air France = TRUE First Class 👑 British Airways = needs serious improvement Not all First Class is created equal. @british_airways @airfrance
9 months agoWonderful .. I have just along with a large number of passengers been waiting for our luggage for nearly two hours .. can you sort out the way you deal with customers total joke of an airline
9 months ago@british_airways let me sit on the tarmac for five hours, canceled the flight, then let someone scam them out of my compensation and told me it wasn’t their fault. It’s a ridiculous airline.
a year agoPlenty of long haul and european experience of BA over the past few years, all of it positive.
a year agoI flew BA recently and it was not bad! Loved the Club Suite in business class 😊
2 years agoHow do you know a BA flight has landed in Majorca? You can still hear the whining after they turn the engines off.
2 years agoAmerican and not business class flyers. We always take BA to London and have had plenty of really good experiences. We avoid the U.S. flag carriers for overseas flights, but maybe that just makes us the mirror image of the Brits on here complaining about BA. 🤷♂️🙂
