Have you ever had a bad flight with Singapore Airlines? Or was it the most unforgettable airline experience you’ve ever had?”

This video was taken on SQ326 from Singapore to Frankfurt. Had such a great flight with awesome crew. The crew were super attentive.

Is British Airways really that bad or do people just love to complain?

I had a great flight on my recent British Airways flight BA31 from London Heathrow to Hong Kong in World Traveller Plus (Premium Economy). The crew were really good, nice and friendly!

Is British Airways the best airline to USA?

This was my flight from London Heathrow to Atlanta on BA227 with British Airways.

It may not be the most spacious first class seat but the onboard service was really good! Super friendly and attentive crew!

I used 93,000 Avios + an Amex Companion Voucher for a return (London–Atlanta / Houston–London).

Is Virgin Atlantic better than British Airways?

And do you think British Airways Club or Flying Club is better?

This was taken on my Upper Class flight from Boston to London Heathrow on VS12. The Delta One lounge at Boston airport was on another league, super great service and food.

The crew onboard were definitely in my top 10 flights. They were super friendly and super attentive.

Thanks to @virginred Points and Virgin Atlantic Credit Card Upgrade voucher that made this flight possible.

Why do so many people call British Airways First Class the worst First Class in the world?

Is that actually fair?

I wouldn’t call BA First a bad product. It’s not the biggest or most luxurious First Class out there, but the crew were outstanding, genuinely friendly and down to earth.

Where BA really wins for me is value. I paid 93,000 Avios plus an Amex Companion Voucher for First Class London to Atlanta and Houston to London.

Overrated or one of the best airport lounges in the world? Would you visit?

The @delta One Lounge at Boston Logan seriously surprised us. We had access while flying Virgin Atlantic Upper Class to London Heathrow, and the service, food and overall experience felt far more refined than your typical airport lounge.

Add in the incredible views across the Boston skyline and I’m struggling to think of many lounges I’d choose over this one. Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse is also another great lounge but I wish they bring back the haircuts!

What do you think? Overrated or worth the hype?

Why does British Airways get so much hate? Share your story below.

Yes BA may not have have the best First Class but it’s still a great way to cross the Atlantic.

I’ve flown BA many times and haven’t had a bad experience, if I miss your connecting flight, BA would look after me.

The video was taken on my British Airways First Class flight from Houston to London Heathrow (BA194), and this flight showed how much the experience depends on the crew.

The cabin crew were fantastic, always checking if I wanted more food. One crew member even prepared both my first and second meal choices after warning the beef might be a little dry.

The best part? I booked this return First Class trip (London–Atlanta, Houston–London) for just 93,000 Avios using an American Express Companion Voucher. Incredible value for a long-haul First Class experience.

Is Cathay Pacific the best airline in the world?

Tell me about your experience.

Unexpectedly got upgraded to seat 2D in First Class on Cathay Pacific CX105 from Hong Kong to Melbourne! Since First Class wasn’t being sold on this flight, the catering was actually from the Business Class menu but the bedding was still First Class.

Had a great flight and the seat was super comfy.

Cathay Pacific remains an excellent use of #avios

Is this the worst First Class or one of the best in the sky?

What matters more — the seat, or the service?

I wouldn’t say this is a bad first class product. I recently London Heathrow to Atlanta on BA227 with British Airways.

Let’s be honest — it’s not the most spacious or most luxurious First Class out there… not even close.

But the onboard service was genuinely outstanding (great crew, down to earth and genuinely friendly)… this sets them apart from other airlines.

And this is where BA wins — First Class that’s actually achievable.

I used 93,000 Avios + an Amex Companion Voucher for a return (London–Atlanta / Houston–London).

That’s insane value for long-haul First.

Have you flown on Chinese airlines before?

How was the experience?

This was our flight from London Heathrow to Beijing on CZ674.

This was our first time flying on China Southern, the service from the crew were super! I would definitely fly them again.

When you have a long layover, they also include a free hotel. On our return flight they had a ground staff greet us at the gate to escort us through immigration and all the way to the hotel transport.

You can also credit the flights to Avios.
