@phaseseven7 Hyrox Sim last weekend with @emma_williams_health_ First one we’ve done together and first mixed doubles for us both. Different tactics to male doubles. I had to put in more graft with the sled but Emma stepped up to the female pro weight and was leaving me on the runs 🏃‍♀️. We learnt a lot and will be ready to hit the real thing at pace!
