This is Jen 💛

Our No.1 attender & brightest ray of sunshine

Some people train for medals. Jen trains to breathe.

When life gets loud, this is where she finds herself. Every session, every rep, every time she wants to stop and doesn’t, it’s her therapy. It’s where she puts down the weight she carries everywhere else.

She trains for her son. So that one day he’ll understand that discipline keeps you going. Again and again.

And she trains for herself. For the woman who’s learning to take up space, to trust her strength, and to feel proud & confident of who she sees in the mirror.

She’s not here to just to be an athlete. She’s here to be her best self, and honestly? That’s the bravest & most gorgeous kind of strong.

Let’s talk about our team for a minute 🖤

While most people are tucked up on the sofa on a Wednesday night, our crew is out on the track. It’s cold and it’s dark, and more often WET. Still, they lace up and give it everything, rep after rep.

Friday evening, when most of the world has switched off for the weekend. Drinks are poured and the sofa is calling. Our lot are still turning up, still putting in the work, still pushing each other to be better.

Then there’s Sunday, 7am. Whilst most of the country are still sleeping, our team is up, out the door and training while the streets are still dark & quiet.

None of these sessions are convenient & that’s exactly why they matter. Showing up when it’s hard, week after week, is what separates good from great. It’s what builds real athletes and real resilience.

To every single one of you who keeps choosing the harder option: we see you, we’re proud of you, and we can’t wait to see what this commitment keeps turning into
