A Man and His Bird Dog

For this last full week of #birdcamp, a break in 70°s and dry shifting suddenly to mid-40°s and some humidity + some badass bird dog work, tracking, and points + some lights out client shooting on the wing = early afternoon daily limit (4) of Maine Ruffed Grouse w some bonus American Woodcock. Enormous congrats to our client Jim and @maine_upland_guide_service ‘s team members of the day, Lincoln and Rooster, on their banner limit day in the Maine Northwoods yesterday #closingtime #takeittothelimit #maineguidelife #registeredmaineguide #bonasaumbellus #ruffedgrouse #kingofthegamebirds #scolopaxminor #americanwoodcock #dog #brittany #americanbrittany #virginiabrittany #brittanysofinsta #brittanysofinstagram #birddog #birddogsofinstagram #birddogtraining #upland #uplandhunting #uplanddogs #gundog #gundogs #gundogtraining
