Famous words I was told in a previous role before I was given no choice but to take voluntary redundancy.
Does hair colour impact what I can do? Do my tattoos impact my knowledge and skills?
We all know the answer is a big fat NO!
Find your people, and they appreciate you no matter what you look like. Oh, and the moment you know a company has refused to promote you because 'you just spend your money on more tattoos....' is the moment you show them the door!
