"You need to look more professional. You don't fit the company look."

Famous words I was told in a previous role before I was given no choice but to take voluntary redundancy.

Does hair colour impact what I can do? Do my tattoos impact my knowledge and skills?

We all know the answer is a big fat NO!

Find your people, and they appreciate you no matter what you look like. Oh, and the moment you know a company has refused to promote you because 'you just spend your money on more tattoos....' is the moment you show them the door!

What happened to 'Be Kind' ?

I want to go back there, please.

Be Kind to someone today. Think about your words. Think about their impact.

Always remember YOU ARE AWESOME 🫶

Well.... this has been more emotional than I thought.

Thank you @homelifeandyou for all the opportunities, the laughs, the amazing team, the random trip to Paris for a team day and so much more.

A team that always felt more like a catch up with friends. But we knew how to get shit done.

@pennymoyses @rossi_michael1 Mila @kindcomms_ and everyone else involved with the team - I will miss you all ❤️

And to all the wonderful new friends I have made over the last 3 years - I appreciate you and I am so lucky to have met you ✨️💓
