A colleague reached out to me that one of her best staff is divorcing and would be leaving Lagos to Ondo, and she’s thinking of renting for her, by deducting from her salary until she’s gain her feet or she will work for her on percentage ratio. Hmmm smart or tricky? Which lead me to ask,

Well…. It’s dicey but there’s nothing a conversation and agreement can’t solve.

Debt is hard but you can move from it, I won't loose my good staff,I also would try and explain to them the situation whilst I'm doing what I'm doing for them and I might also bring in a laywer,so that can set things straight for them(so I won't lose on both ends)

Hmmm, it’s a 50/50 situation, I personally think business is all about risk and I wouldn’t lose a good staff. May God help me
