In the spirit of Halloween, participating in MONSTROWEEN from the badass @davidhartmanart. Here's my take for 'Amorphous Bertha'! I used good 'ol acrylic paint on good 'ol sketch paper. Painting like this doesn't come easy to me, but I love every second of it and learn alot!

Sage and garlic marinated rack of lamb over roasted butternut squash, quinoa salad and drizzled with sage butter.

Football this weekend had me feeling stressed and depressed so I figured a special meal would improve my mood and it absolutely did the trick! Good food always brings me the comfort I need.

@catellibrothersfamilyoffoods American Rack of lamb
1/2 cup olive oil @mrpapous
1/4 cup fresh sage
2 tablespoons garlic
1 tablespoon SPG seasoning
Marinate for atleast 4 hours

Roasted in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes to an internal temperature of 130 degrees.
