Almost. Seal it first with Gardz or similar. Then make sure you let that Fibacryl dry mate before you slap filler on it

Not using screws and mesh tape at least. Even though caulking is flexible it will still be cracking

Cantilevered lintel by the looks of it causing a weak spot on the corner of the window. It'll most likely crack again, possibly through the seasonal changes but it's not a huge issue imo
