I’m Back.
It’s been a while since I’ve been able to play volleyball. Laguna 2023 I tore my meniscus. MRI said the tear was small and it would heal. It didn’t. Second MRI 8 months later said my knee had gotten worse. Surgery in October 2024. Right before Laguna…. I didn’t get to play this whole year but at least I was able to walk and do some other great stuff, like getting married to my lovely wife.
I’ve been training twice a week and I feel good. There’s more work to do and I’m not jumping at my peak, but I’m close and I’m not in pain. Off-season prep for 2025 is in full swing. See you out there!
