I recently returned to Cambodia, where we’ve been building the @maddoxfoundation — a 100% locally led organization — since 2003. I’d like to share a little more about our story.

The @maddoxfoundation started with an urgent mission: to clear the land of mines left over from years of conflict, enabling locals to live and farm on it again. Once the land was safe, the work took on new shape.

Now, our rangers — recruited and trained locally — patrol the Samlaut forest against logging and poaching. Women support their families through sustainable beekeeping programs. Students from remote villages can stay at the Samlaut dormitory to finish high school. Our health center cares for mothers and young children.

All of this is led by the people who live in the community.

نکته اول) توی زمینه خیانت، محقق های توجه‌شون به یه چیز عجیب جلب شده. اونا میخواستند جواب این سوال رو بدونند که آیا کسی که خیانت کرده، احتمالش هست که دوباره خیانت کنه؟ متاسفانه جواب این سوال مثبت هستش. خیانت بیشتر از اینکه یک رویداد اتفاقی باشه، یک الگوی شخصیتی توی افراد هستش. مثلا توی همین ویدیو دیدیم که خانم اشاره کرد که این سومین باریه که مُچتو میگیرم. من نمیخوام که بگم قطعا کسی که یکبار خیانت کرده دوباره خیانت میکنه، اما باید حواستون باشه اگه میخواید فرد خیانتکار رو ببخشید باید با گفتگوی کاملا شفاف و کمک روانشناس ادامه رابطه رو داشته باشید

نکته دوم) کسی که خیانت میکنه، معمولا تا لحظه آخر مسئولیت رو برعهده نمیگیره و به شدت از مکانیسم دفاعی انکار استفاده میکنه. حتی ممکنه شمارو بابت خیانتش مقصر بدونه و این جملات رو ازش بشنویید «تو به من محبت نکردی» « تو حواست به من نبود» اینا هیچکدوم توجیه مناسبی برای خیانت نیست. اگه رابطه‌ت درست کار نمیکنه باید صحبت کنی و از یه متخصص کمک بگیری نه اینکه خیانت بکنی. ما آدما باید بدونیم جدایی گزینه بینهایت بهتریه از خیانت کردن اما متاسفانه چون هزینه زیادی داره، اکثر افراد انتخابش نمیکنند.

طبق یه مقاله روانشناسی ۱۱ تا نشانه کسی که خیانت میکنه رو براتون توی هایلایت خیانت توی پیج گذاشتم امیدوارم هیچ وقت بهش احتیاج نداشته باشید اما اگه خواستید یه نگاهی بهش بندازید
