Summarily, I highlighted the importance of association to include expansion of network in order to advance personal development. An association permits individuals to pull resources together and ensure that the members reap benefits in turns. Secondly, I encouraged them to see their position as one of privilege and volunteering as it is not a paid job/endeavor. In truth, there are unexpected bounties for everyone who diligently serves.
Most importantly, I encouraged them shun mediocrity and ace whatever attempt they make at doing anything. They must be diplomatic in speech and dressing as ambassadors of Ikorodu, Lagos and Nigeria at large. ISA must be portrayed in good light through them!
