Addressing the topic for discussion, I outlined the following points for delineation; * Importance of association.* Benefits of Volunteering.* Effects of Impactful service.* Alignment of individual goals for collective success.* Advice for the Executives. Summarily, I highlighted the importance of association to include expansion of network in order to advance personal development. An association permits individuals to pull resources together and ensure that the members reap benefits in turns. Secondly, I encouraged them to see their position as one of privilege and volunteering as it is not a paid job/endeavor. In truth, there are unexpected bounties for everyone who diligently serves. Most importantly, I encouraged them shun mediocrity and ace whatever attempt they make at doing anything. They must be diplomatic in speech and dressing as ambassadors of Ikorodu, Lagos and Nigeria at large. ISA must be portrayed in good light through them! by @fineboy0099

The Year 2024 ended on a high note for me as I had the privilege to present the annual report of activities by virtue of my position as Secretary, NYCN IKORODU LB to the general congress of members, leaders, elders etc. The VC, Lagos East received this report after which the congress adopted the report. I am grateful for the efforts put together by fellow executives and every participant including stakeholders of the youth council. We equally launched a mini marathon to be staged in the first quarter of next year, 2025. I'm definitely learning on the job but I'm committed to improving my skills for the betterment of my official delivery and effectiveness in the organization. by @fineboy0099
