$Copy pen se likhna or khud ko likhdena chat pe. Try it. . . 1\. Describe the problems you think are causing your downfall. 2\. Imagine that while you're sleeping, all your problems are solved. When you wake up, how will you know that things are better? What specific changes will you notice? 3\. What are the three broad goals you would like to work on during therapy? 4\. For each of the goals listed above, describe specifically how your life will be different once you've completed therapy.. . As an introvert and an overthinker, sometimes my own mind becomes my biggest distraction. This Winter Arc, I'm learning to stop fighting every thought and start asking myself better questions. Instead of assuming the worst, I question my thoughts. Instead of worrying about everything, I focus on what I can actually control. I'm not trying to become a perfect person. I'm trying to become a calmer, stronger version of myself — one day at a time. We're not just changing our habits this Winter Arc. We're changing the way we think. Save this for the next time your mind won't let you rest. #WinterArc #Overthinking #IntrovertLife #SelfImprovement #MentalWellness$
