Me vs. Me series:

If we’re keeping it real —we all talk to ourselves. Especially if it’s good conversation. 😎 But I notice when it comes to action I find myself quick to second-guess, overthink, and sometimes even try to talk myself out of what needs to be done. And I be convincing fr.lol BUT during this journey as I try new things I’m going to be converting that noise into action.

I’m all about tuning out the world, but I’m figuring out: if you’re not in tune with yourself, none of that matters. We don’t have to be perfect. We just need to start and have faith that we can take on anything that comes our way! 💪🏾
