Yooo! New series alert!

Cooking Episode 1: Me vs Moms(The request)

I want(need) to learn how to cook! So it’s only right I start with my cultural food that I grew up on! And you know I have to come correct when it comes to mom!

So wish me luck y’all and enjoy! Hopefully we get her blessing! 🙏🏾

Also be polite…I’m showcasing my Triginya that I’m relearning, practicing and getting better at!

Yooo!! I’m starting a 6-month challenge in collaboration with Txnedef where I’ll learn and add something new every month to become a better version of myself. The theme is stacking up skills, and I’m documenting the whole journey!

Health is the foundation—because when you eat good, you feel good 💪🏾—but I’ll also be learning things like cooking, wine etiquette, gardening, fashion, and more each month. I won’t be perfect, but I WILL get better. And if you catch me eating out, don’t call me out—you don’t know my cheat days! 😏

I’m hyped for this journey, especially all the collaborations along the way and the community that comes from it! Let’s rise slow and steady together—hope it brings you value too! 🙌🏾

Took Pocket Blendz climbing. 🧗🌿

Had a great time. Met some great people.

S/o to @greatwesternpowerco and @taylorlynn_n for putting this together!

First person to tell me which Blendz ran out? And I’ll send you some!

You don’t need a Monday, a new month, or a dramatic comeback speech.

If today got weird, reset and run it back. You’ve got more information this time.

A little reminder for anybody putting in work and wondering if it even counts.

It does. The results are just being unnecessarily mysterious right now.

The goal gets you started.

Learning to enjoy/love the process keeps you going. 🌿

Still learning. Still growing. Still figuring out what actually works for me.

The biggest lesson so far: small progress still counts. Even when it doesn’t feel like much yet.

Wedding checklist:

1. Suit ✅
2. Wellness ✅

Feeling good. Looking good. Different order, same routine.

Pocket Blendz goes where you go. ✈️

Wellness made simple—even at the airport.

Stomach was feeling good…just made sure it stayed that way.

Preventive!
