Took Pocket Blendz climbing. 🧗🌿

Had a great time. Met some great people.

S/o to @greatwesternpowerco and @taylorlynn_n for putting this together!

First person to tell me which Blendz ran out? And I’ll send you some!

You don’t need a Monday, a new month, or a dramatic comeback speech.

If today got weird, reset and run it back. You’ve got more information this time.

Slow mornings. Slow sips. Wellness that matches your day(and vibe).

PS Just add hot water. Thank us later. 😏

A little reminder for anybody putting in work and wondering if it even counts.

It does. The results are just being unnecessarily mysterious right now.

Today’s chaser: hot water! 🫖

Gut Check already has ginger + lemon (+marshmallow root) , so apparently we’ve been one cup of hot water away from tea this whole time. 😏

Not everything has to be perfect to be worth doing.

Take the step. Make the attempt. Figure the rest out as you go.

Progress has never asked for perfection.

Outgrowing your old self can feel weird. Familiar wasn’t always better—it was just familiar.

You can start, make progress, and still question everything. Doubt loves a long-term project.

Doing the work with nothing to show for it yet is not for the weak. Emphasis on yet.

It wasn’t perfect. Okay…and? It still moved things forward.

Being a better version of yourself doesn’t mean becoming a problem-free version.

Most of us are figuring it out while doing it. “Ready” has always been a little dramatic.

Today’s pick: Mo Green. 🌿

Fun Fact: Moringa has been used as a food for centuries, and its leaves naturally contain vitamins, minerals and plant compounds.

Another example of healthy not always having to be complicated.

Go be great today. Or just show up. Showing up works too. 🫡

The goal gets you started.

Learning to enjoy/love the process keeps you going. 🌿

Still learning. Still growing. Still figuring out what actually works for me.

The biggest lesson so far: small progress still counts. Even when it doesn’t feel like much yet.

CHASING CHASERS — DAY 2 🍓🍌🌿

Mo Green + strawberry banana smoothie + vanilla protein.

Fun fact: Moringa has an earthy, slightly bitter flavor, which is why sweeter fruits like banana can pair well with it and mellow out the taste.

Today we’re hiding the greens in plain sight. 🥷
