Oh how I wish I still lived in Essex so could do these as know they would help my recovery from surgery mentally and physically. How can we grow these to be in other counties like mine in kent? X

We have walks at @hainault_forest this Sunday and next for those that would like to join us again! There’s now an 8am as well as a 10am walk so you have the option to suit your plans. ❤️
