Connection & community are absolutely vital to our sense of self and wellbeing and I love facilitating events that bring us together in beautiful spaces so we can fulfil those basic human needs.

I’m grateful that @regattaoutdoors shares those values & keeps everyone at @prjctwlks ready for all conditions. Sometimes people turn up in their best white trainers but nature doesn’t always play nicely!

Our @prjctwlks community walk today ❤️ by @prjctwlks

We don’t just walk. Being still is as important as moving our bodies & with 8k under our belts & the sun shining this meditation was a real highlight of our day.

Lovely adventure in Epping ❤️

Golden Silence
A post-solstice retreat day with @bodhiaspirations & @prjctwlks
Sunday 22nd June | Fickle Field, Ongar, Essex 11-5pm

Though the sun has reached its peak, its glow still lingers…
The day after the solstice is a quiet threshold—a time to pause, breathe, and let the fullness of light settle within.

Golden Silence is a gently held day retreat in a beautiful rural setting, offering space to reflect, reconnect, and rest in nature’s rhythm.

In guided and silent practices, mindful movement, walking meditation, and shared stillness around a solstice fire, we will honour this turning point in the year—not through doing, but through being.

This is a retreat for anyone seeking to slow down, listen in, and meet the deeper wisdom that lives in the quiet.

Held at the stunning @fickle.field . We will be fed by the talented @the_kitchen_mama

Spaces are limited.
Book via the link in @bodhiaspirations bio.

Exceptional Sunday morning 😍

2 walking groups, twice the fun. Double steps for @turningpointcounsellingservice and I!

We had sunshine, small group sessions, meditation, breath-work, connection, gratitude, play & exercise.

It’s amazing how much goodness you can squeeze into 90 minutes when you put yourself in good company. ❤️

If you missed us don’t worry we’re doing it all over again at the wonderful @hainault_forest next Sunday the 9th 8am & 10am.
