Exceptional Sunday morning 😍
2 walking groups, twice the fun. Double steps for @turningpointcounsellingservice and I!
We had sunshine, small group sessions, meditation, breath-work, connection, gratitude, play & exercise.
It’s amazing how much goodness you can squeeze into 90 minutes when you put yourself in good company. ❤️
If you missed us don’t worry we’re doing it all over again at the wonderful @hainault_forest next Sunday the 9th 8am & 10am.

Very muddy again today. Once the walk finished, I stayed on and took photos of the london skyline. Then later in the afternoon, I was walking by barbican and saw a film crew. It was for slow horses.
