EVERYTHING is in the app for you now and our LIVE Kickoff Call is TODAY (10/9) at 1pm CT!! Join before then to join us on that call!!

Okay let’s talk about this…

Rotation matters. Period. 👏👏

Our bodies were NOT designed to live in one straight line… Squat. Hinge. Repeat.

We’re meant to rotate, absorb force, and MOVE through multiple planes. Our spine needs to move – and we need to train it like it does in real life.

Now let’s make this mama-specific ⬇️

Reaching into the backseat.
Lifting kids into car seats.
Bath time. Crib transfers.
Twisting, turning, carrying, loading… ALL. DAY. LONG.

So why wouldn’t we train for that?!

This isn’t about fragility – it’s about resilience.

Training rotation (the SMART way) helps women:
✨ get out of back + hip pain
✨ improve diastasis (with good pressure management)
✨ reduce prolapse symptoms
✨ improve core and pelvic floor dysfunction (with pressure being managed)
✨ feel stronger + more capable in everyday life

And yes – aesthetics can come as a byproduct 👏
But function comes FIRST.

Important note: rotation has layers.
If you’ve never trained it, you don’t jump straight to max range. You build it. There are safe, effective progressions… and TONS of variations.

This is WHY rotation is woven all throughout my programming inside MLAM. There’s always a rhyme + reason behind it 🤍
