no happier times in my life than summers with friends. in each new phase of life the friends that come and go continue to get truer and truer and more authentic. as I am challenging myself to stay off instagram a bit more lately, I cannot help but share how lucky I am. for the good times and the bad. the ups and the downs. somehow we make it through, and it is always better on the other side. sorry not sorry for the photo bomb stephie ;)

s/o to @ylracbutler for the photo skillz!!! by @bennyboybenacci

Man… 30 - You flipped my life upside down and twisted it around. So many questions answered yet so many more left open-ended. Something tells me, though, I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. Cheers to being human. and to letting life reveal itself every day. 31 - I can’t wait to see what you have in store for me ✨ taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @bennyboybenacci

A little bit of life lately - swipe to the end to see my bike and I taking things to the next level 😏

Settling into my new home, biking again, spending intentional time with friends, my neuro diplomate powered by Swig™, crushing on boys and always enamored by star wars.

I’ve become fully obsessed with fitness lately. It just feels so good to know I’m guaranteeing my health, my strength, and my future. The practice is going strong and am working on taking things to the next level. So much growth lately. So many lessons lately. Always truly genuinely learning lots. taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @bennyboybenacci

“Create more, consume less.”

My goal in 2026 is to take investing into the man I want to be very seriously; to not just say it, but be it. In every increasingly fake world I want to be real - disciplined, boundaried, driven, and loyal to my aspirations. Here’s to being present and remembering ✨ by @bennyboybenacci

Swipe for some cheese ➡️😁

Been wanting to push myself more artistically - decrease consumption, increase creation.

Played with the light in the gym and it turned out way so cool. @rad_global @fabletics feel free to sponsor us. by @bennyboybenacci

over the past year I’ve had the privilege of calling some incredible athletes friend. giving everyone of them the recognition they deserve as they pour their blood sweat and tears into what they do and love every day of their lives - chasing dreams and making them come true. absolutely inspiring. by @bennyboybenacci
