Peekaboo 👻

I’m really enjoying my fitness these days and sorta sad that’s not how it’s always been. Just do what makes you feel good and don’t do what doesn’t. Seems simple enough, right? 🖤

🔥 NEW COACH ALERT! 🔥

As if our staff couldn’t get any better, we added Mitch Skidmore to the team and now we’re not sure how to contain all this awesomeness in one building.

CF-L1
2.5 years of coaching experience

“What I love most about coaching is coaching our athletes in the final minutes of a really difficult workout. I love being a voice in someone’s ear that screams, “YES YOU CAN” and, “DON’T QUIT”. The high fives and fist bumps of perseverance and pride that follow make me feel as if I was apart of someone earning their confidence, and that fires me up more than anything. And, our athletes just so happen to be incredible people and my friends. From that comes a sense of belonging and camaraderie that I’ll always be grateful to be apart of.”

Be sure to leave some love for @mskidmore in the comments below and come check out his classes on Wednesdays evenings. 🤩
