My official 1-year postpartum transformation.🥹 One year of rebuilding, relearning my body, and finding my way back to feeling like myself again. And let me tell you, this journey has been different from any transformation I’ve ever done. I’ve been in the fitness industry for years, but pregnancy and postpartum taught me that even when you know what you’re doing, sometimes you have to learn your body all over again. I’m still breastfeeding, still working toward my goals, and learning to give myself grace along the way. I show up when I can, make those workouts count, and trust the process. And that’s exactly the approach I want to help more women take with their fitness journeys. Which makes today even more special because the brand-new @l1ftwellness app is officially LIVE! 🥳 Whether you’re just starting, starting over, pregnant, postpartum, or ready to take your training to another level, there’s a place for you inside L1FT. Ilhan Omar is cashing in on the federal raid that took place at her D.C. home on Monday, sending out a fundraising email asking supporters to send her donations. In the fundraising email, the Minnesota Democrat's political operation accuses the Trump administration of targeting Omar, describing the raid as a 'dangerous and authoritarian attack on a political opponent.' "Chip in $10 or any amount you can afford today to support Ilhan Omar." The appeal comes as Omar faces scrutiny following the federal search, which the Justice Department says was part of an ongoing criminal investigation.
