“I am very excited and proud to announce my commitment to the University of Waterloo to continue my athletic and academic journey!

First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to my parents. Everything I have achieved so far has been because of their continuous support, sacrifice, and encouragement. Despite the ups and downs in my journey, they have always been my biggest cheerleaders, both on and off the court. I truly couldn’t have made it this far without them.

I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the coaches who have been a part of my journey. A huge thank you to Coach Kenny, Coach Craig and Coach Mandy for your unwavering belief in me and your constant encouragement during every practice which helped in shaping me into a better player and person. I can’t thank you enough for pushing me to reach new heights. Thank you to Coach Brian, Coach Kanisha and Coach Jason for the faith you had in me. You’ve helped me grow as a player and as a leader, and for that, I’m incredibly grateful.

To my trainers, Edson and Jahmal- thank you for always challenging me and pushing me beyond my limits. The countless hours, whether it was early in the morning or late at night, have been worth it. I’m extremely thankful for your dedication to my development and it has definitely paid off.

Thank you to my family, friends, coaches and teammates for their support and belief in me.

Lastly, I would like to thank Coach Jessica, Coach Christine, Coach Drew, Coach Aycha, Coach Candice and Coach Courtney for giving me the opportunity to represent such an amazing program. I’m beyond excited for what’s ahead and I can’t wait to contribute to this team as I compete at the next level.
