Happy 17th birthday to my beautiful girl. 🤍

I couldn’t be more proud of the person you are becoming. Your kind heart, your strength, your grace, and the maturity you’ve shown this past year amaze me more than you know. Life hasn’t always been easy, but you’ve handled so much with a grace beyond your years.

One of my greatest gifts is the relationship we share. I love being your mom, watching you grow, and getting to call you one of my favorite people. I hope you never lose that beautiful heart of yours.

You deserve all the happiness this world has to offer. I love you endlessly. 🤍 @tg.kapri

BUILDERS ARE NOT GOD. MONEY AND INFLUENCE DO NOT PLACE ANYONE ABOVE THE LAW. 🇮🇳

At Project Alpha , where I have identified KEC and JLL as involved, I witnessed construction continuing despite police arriving to intervene.

According to my account, site personnel refused to cooperate and declined to accompany the officers to the police station. I request Mumbai Police to record and investigate this conduct.

Aadarniya Shri Harsh Goenka Ji, respectfully bring to your attention the conduct of Retd ACP Bhagwan Darade, who represented himself as speaking for this project and repeatedly invoked your name.

I allege that Mr Bhagwan Darade threatened me not to complain, told me that I had no idea who this project belonged to, and warned me against even going to the police station. During our interactions, including a phone call and an exchange in the presence of a police officer, he allegedly said:

आपको पता है ये प्रोजेक्ट किसका है? ये गोयनका का प्रोजेक्ट है। हाथ डालने से पहले दस बार सोचिए। इनके पास 24 घंटे की परमिशन है। आपको प्रॉब्लम है तो कोर्ट जाइए, लेकिन काम तो होकर रहेगा।

He also claimed that permission from MMRDA or Mumbai Police was unnecessary.

IF VALID PERMISSIONS EXIST, PRODUCE THEM. Taking an industrialist’s name does not answer residents’ concerns about loud construction noise.

How can a retired senior police officer, who once served to uphold law and order, now discourage a citizen from approaching the very police force he served? His former rank should inspire respect for the law—not fear among citizens.

Goenka Ji, I respectfully request you to urgently investigate these allegations, verify Retd ACP Bhagwan Darade’s association with your organisation, and take strict action against him and any personnel found responsible for intimidation, misconduct or refusal to cooperate with police. Nobody should use your name to threaten ordinary citizens.

I do not assum
