21 years ago, I shocked my family and friends by leaving my CPA/banking corporate life (a person’s dream in NYC) to pursue recruiting. I was literally “shook,” as it happened overnight. It was love at first sight—I found a job I love, a home, and wow, a family. Almost 21 years later, my world was turned upside down. Again, I was “shook.” The Tandym Group (formerly known as The ExecuSearch Group) decided to exit the Accounting finance permanent placement business. But the light at the end of the tunnel is true gold. I am excited to introduce @nexterasearch

I am so thankful to be on this journey with an amazing team—starting a business from scratch …coworkers who are like family, doing what we do best and truly love. We change lives. As we all know, death, moving, and changing jobs are the three most stressful life-changing events we go through. So, new relationships and true bonding happen daily. I’ve been to candidates’ and clients’ weddings, birthdays, funerals and trips around the world. Over the last two decades, I can honestly say my clients and candidates encourage me to be a better person every day. To my friends and family, thank you for your never-ending support.

To my Nextera family, I say, “We are a force to be reckoned with!” And finally, and most importantly, to all of YOU, I welcome and encourage you to please come along on our new journey. We work and love hard!
