Mala project focuses on northern Chinese dishes and mala dry pots which is my personal favorite since it’s customizable with your favorite ingredients. We ordered ours with gizzards, beef tounge, marbled beef, quail eggs, rice cake, and woodear mushrooms with the beef tounge and quail eggs being my favorite!!
