Your easy pace isn’t embarrassing A little reminder for every runner who has ever felt embarrassed about their pace. 🥹🤍 Your easy pace doesn’t need to look impressive. It doesn’t need to match someone else’s. And it definitely doesn’t define how good of a runner you are. Easy runs are supposed to feel EASY. They’re where you build your aerobic base, improve your endurance, and give your body the chance to adapt. So stop comparing your easy pace to someone else’s highlight reel. Slow down. Enjoy your run. Trust the process. Your pace is YOUR pace. And that’s more than enough 🫶 Send this to a runner who needs to hear it today 💌 #runningmotivation #runner

NEW: PORSCHE MISSION S. Porsche has unveiled its latest mid-engine supercar concept, drawing inspiration from legendary models like the 911 GT1, 959 and 918 Spyder. Featuring aggressive aerodynamics, an active rear wing, quad exhaust tips and a driver-focused cockpit, the Mission S blends classic Porsche design with modern performance. Rumored to feature a flat-eight engine, official horsepower figures, pricing and production plans have yet to be confirmed. Could this be Porsche’s next great supercar?
Greetings from London, where I’m writing very late tonight, after an extremely busy day - which included an absorbing tour of the new Burberry exhibition at the V&A, thanks to my brilliant friend Oriole Cullen (the senior curator of fashion at the museum), followed by a return visit to the Schiaparelli show. I’ve seen it numerous times already, but always discover new details on each occasion - the imaginative juxtaposition of surrealist art and fashion is truly remarkable, and I’m filled with admiration for the curator, @sonnetstanfill, and her colleagues. Then I returned to @belmondcadogan, to meet Philip, and we went to a splendid book launch at Claridge’s, followed by dinner with friends. It’s now well past midnight - such is the excitement of an evening out together in the capital city - and we have to get up early tomorrow morning. Thank goodness for a wonderfully comfortable hotel bedroom - and I’m sending warm wishes, as always, and waving from Sloane Street…
