⭐️ GORGEOUS BALLERINA ENTRY ⭐️

From my BENDY POLE class at the @northernaerialartsacademy_ yesterday 🧘‍♀️✨ Absolutely one of my favourite classes to teach! 🥰

👩🏻‍🏫 Would it be helpful to know how to get started with this shape?

Forever obsessed with all the wonderful entries and variations of this move! ❤️ There’s not much in the world that I find more beautiful! 🤩

Ps. The move at the start was meant to be vortex but it wasn’t quite - my legs were glued to the pole 🤣 still love this shape though so pretty!!

Thanks for the inspo @rachaelgisella ✨✨✨

HAPPY SUNDAY ✨
