Removed existing basement beam and 2 telepost. The new steel beam is 12"×12"x24'. New footing 5'x5'x16" deep. Poured 68 bags of concrete each bag is 55lbs. Had many challenges to get the steel in place. Rebar around the existing plumbing, relocating the main plumbing drain pipe, getting the steel beam in the correct location, and the mechanical lifts.
