Removed existing basement beam and 2 telepost. The new steel beam is 12"×12"x24'. New footing 5'x5'x16" deep. Poured 68 bags of concrete each bag is 55lbs. Had many challenges to get the steel in place. Rebar around the existing plumbing, relocating the main plumbing drain pipe, getting the steel beam in the correct location, and the mechanical lifts. by @am.construction75

Extensive renovation in Priddis that started last October. Extended lower deck to 60' in length. Assembled a 10' x 24' Sun Grow Green House. Timber frame bridge 10' x 18'. by @am.construction75

Custom build-in is finally complete. Listening to clients' vision is key to creating any custom built-in that solves storage, entertainment, and esthetics. It was a pleasure to accomplish this for my fantastic client. by @am.construction75

Replaced old broken drawers and damaged drawer fronts.
Used pre finished birch for the drawer boxes and MDF fronts. The customer is so happy with the colour match and smooth operating soft close slides that the old drawers did not have. by @am.construction75

This deck off the primary bedroom has been leaking to 5 years into the garage and house. The client hired two other contractors over the years to solve the issue, but within a few months, water leaked in again. The client never used the deck, our solution, remove the deck, and continued the roof line. Install Maibec engineered wood siding. No leaks and an updated appearance. I am sure they will eventually change the rest of the exterior. by @am.construction75

Completed the Hardie board to the rest of the house that we did the addition last year. New widows, front entry door. The client loves the updated look. Now she decided to do the garage to match. by @am.construction75
