If you’re always full crimping, you’re overloading your fingers and risking injury. Time to break the habit! Hold a roll of tape in your palm while climbing—if you drop it, you’re crimping too hard. This builds grip endurance and control for bigger holds. Can you keep it in place? Try it and tag a friend who needs to fix their grip! 💪🔥

Or just injure yourself and climb on your injury. That's what real climbers do 😤😤

You can also use lacrosse or tennis balls to train this while climbing

My solution is pinching every holds, using my thumb on the side or underneath the crimp

Don’t fear the pulley injury make the pulley injury fear you.
