Ever feel like your technique falls apart on harder climbs? It might be your lock-off strength. As you progress, staying controlled in tough positions becomes crucial. Try this Hover Hands Drill to build strength for smoother, more technical movement. Tag a friend who needs this!

If you’re always full crimping, you’re overloading your fingers and risking injury. Time to break the habit! Hold a roll of tape in your palm while climbing—if you drop it, you’re crimping too hard. This builds grip endurance and control for bigger holds. Can you keep it in place? Try it and tag a friend who needs to fix their grip! 💪🔥

Struggling with slopers? It’s all about body positioning! Use an exercise band to visualize proper body positioning and tension. Stay engaged, keep your hips close, and trust the friction. Try this drill and feel the difference on the wall! Tag a friend who needs this!
