Level 5 Finish, anyone? Original paint crew botched the job so we're in to give a full skim on the walls to get rid of the orange peel texture, and recoat in the same colour with proper technique. Ceiling is smooth but streaky so we need to apply a uniform finish. Trim will be touched up as needed and if possible. May have to paint out the trim too if the touch ups don't blend.
In defense to the original paint crew, dark colours are the most difficult to work with. But this is what happens when you send mid-tier painters to a multi-million dollar custom new build. There's months of work to restore this house that's less than two years old.
