Blooms of kisses

Glitters of sun on water
Rains on roofs and windows
Leaves on dirt and rivers
Pains and all that sorrow
Loves to bones and marrows
Dreams of life and matters
May all find peace and nature
For we shall fall and darkness lures
Heights of despair
Lows of bliss
Blooms of kisses, I yearn
Yearn to learn, love, rage, and cry
Cry, cry in the arms of mom’s cater
Rise, rise in the light of thy father.

Let it rip!!

Things I’ve learned (and things I’m still learning) as a girl in her 20s. ➡️🤍

As you guys know, I’ve always found it important to share little reality checks with you. Moments that remind us that we’re all just human, and that there’s no need to compare ourselves to all the beautiful, picture perfect moments we see online.

That’s why I always say “We, as influencers, choose what you get to see.”

And while I share plenty of beautiful, fun and vulnerable moments from my life, there’s also a whole lot you don’t see. The struggles, the messy days, and everything in between.

I grew up in a world of elite sports, where performing and constantly pushing myself to be better came first from a very young age. I also come from a pretty broken family, with a story behind it that most people know nothing about.

Those experiences have shaped me in many ways, and they’re also part of why I’m still in therapy today, working through things from my past (therapy sessions >> always)

I’m sharing this because I think it’s important to remember that there’s always so much more to a person than what you see on the outside.

So today, I wanted to reflect on some of the things I’ve learned, the ways I’ve grown, and the little changes that have made a big difference in my life. And of course, the things I’m still figuring out along the way.

You never truly know someone’s full story, no matter how beautiful their life may look from the outside.

So please, be kind. It costs absolutely nothing, but it can mean so much to someone else.

Sending you lots of love. And please, take a moment today to be a little extra proud of yourself and everything you’ve made it through so far. 🤍
