Soup Mother

In case the last post put you off, here she is: split pea soup topped with smoked sausage and bacon, burnt leeks, and a drizzle of garlic & parsley vinaigrette. Neither of those last two things are typically involved, but Soup Mother always plays fast and loose with tradition when it comes to toppings and if you don't like it we can't be friends.

Fear not, if pork ain't your thing you can skip the meat and she's still a treat.
