I love birthdays and will never fear or hate welcoming another year. I find birthdays to be a time of celebration, of self and others. I really take them seriously.

How special is it that we get to celebrate life?

I feel somewhat dissapointed in my self this year which is not usual. I am a high achiever and have every year up to this one seemed to propel myself further.

I think it’s easy to see my lack of achievements from the year and see a state of regression.

But this year has been about personal growth and discovery and I cannot discount the power and value of that.

Ive found that I believe my life purpose is to add beauty in the world and inspire others to live an authentic life.

I’ve put an immense amount of energy into learning how to work with my ADHD, anxiety, and lack of self confidence. Finally I think I can say I truly learned to work with myself rather than against.

My final lap to 30 I hope to live and create within my values and purpose.

Heres to more beauty and living our best lives.
