Big news. BIG news. Lidl has stopped doing full-fat cottage cheese 😱 Not too watery, not too milky, definitely not mushed. Karen likes it lumpy, separate lumps please, and the hunt for the perfect pot is ON. Has life been reduced to the mundane? Absolutely not. This is important. Where do you get yours? Tell us your best cottage cheese 👇
I remember getting SO much backlash for working out while pregnant. The comments, the DMs, the unsolicited opinions. 😭 “Omg, you need to rest!” “You’re going to hurt the baby!” “Your abs aren’t going anywhere!” “You’re so vain!” Respectfully… SHUT UP! 😂 Because continuing to move my body during pregnancy was one of the BEST things I could’ve done for myself. Was it easy? Absolutely NOT! Some days getting out of bed was a workout itself. 😭 But I listened to my body and moved however I could. And YES, I gained weight! I was growing a whole human. 😂 My goal was never to control my weight or maintain my abs. It was to stay strong, support my mental and physical health, and prepare my body for birth and recovery. So if you’re a mama-to-be or plan to be one someday, let this encourage you to KEEP MOVING! Staying active during a healthy pregnancy has so many benefits when done safely. And I’m so excited that my pregnancy workout program is officially LIVE inside @l1ftwellness 🥹 Click the link in my bio to access the full program! 💪🏾
October 14th, 2021 — I graduated barber school with a dream. October 14th, 2026 — exactly 5 years later, that dream became reality as I opened the doors to my first shop. It’s hard to put into words what this journey means to me. When I look back at where I started and everything it took to get here, I’m filled with so much emotion, gratitude, and appreciation. What started as a dream has turned into something bigger than I ever imagined, and I wouldn’t be here without every single person who has supported me along the way. To all my clients, thank you for trusting me, supporting me, sitting in my chair, and allowing me to be a small part of your lives. The conversations, the laughs, the stories, and the relationships we’ve built over the years mean more to me than you’ll ever know. You’ve become so much more than clients to me, and I’m beyond grateful for every moment, every visit, and every bit of support. This shop is more than just a place to get a haircut. It represents years of hard work, sacrifice, faith, and a dream that I never gave up on. Being able to call it my own is a feeling I’ll never take for granted. Five years ago, I was just getting started. Today, I’m opening a new chapter, and I couldn’t be more thankful for everyone who has been part of the journey. This is only the beginning. Cheers to the next 5 years. More growth, more memories, more relationships, and bigger dreams. Thank you for being part of my story. The best is yet to come. Welcome to The Mand Cave 💕 . . #ladybarber #businessowner
