I watched my first kdrama, Heartstrings, in November 2019. I looked up the actor and found CNBLUE. They were the first Korean group I ever listened to and they became the soundtrack for my residency interview trail. They introduced me to kpop and, effectively, changed my life. Id you would have told me that, 5 years later, I’d not only see them in concert but that I’d be VIP, get a signed poster, be lucky enough to get the random 1/15 signed polaroid, Jungshin would tell me hi, Minhyuk would thank us for coming, Yonghwa would reach out to shake my hand, AND we’d get a picture of them, I’d say you were crazy. Such an amazing, genuine, experience. The highlight of my kpop journey and a memory I’ll treasure forever.
