A week ago today this team of six butchers represented our country, trade and ourselves in an international competition held in Paris, France. We competed against some of the best butchers around the globe who were all also representing their own countries. Top notch performances by all countries and butchers who left it all out there on the floor. Congrats to everyone who competed and a huge thank you to my team who went on this journey with me. Love you team.
