SEPTEMBER 2025: MY LAST MEET. OCTOBER 2026: MY COMEBACK. 🥹❤️‍🔥

24lbs down.
From 125kg to 110kg weight class.
Ten months post-patellar tendon repair.

There were moments—
real moments—
when returning to the platform
felt impossible.

I had to rebuild my strength,
relearn my body,
and accept that healing
wouldn't happen on my timeline.

I went from needing help with everyday tasks
to fighting my way back beneath the bar.
There were tears, setbacks, and days
when the finish line felt impossibly far.

But when my belief began to run thin,
my coach @team83elite reminded me of the strength within.
When I couldn't see how far I could go,
my coach believed in me
until I could believe it myself.

BUT LOOK AT GOD.
LOOK AT THE WORK.
LOOK AT THE COMEBACK. 🙌🏾

I'm back at 325 pounds—
my ALL-TIME PR.
A weight I've only hit ONCE in my life. 🥹💪🏾

This is bigger than lifting weights.
Bigger than numbers on a bar.
This is faith that carried me,
even when the road got hard.

Resilience when I wanted to retreat.
Patience when progress moved slow.
And the courage to keep showing up
when I didn't know how far I could go.

I refuse to let one of the hardest seasons
of my life write the ending of my story.
What I thought might break me
became another chapter
in God's unfolding glory.

I've been tested.
Humbled.
Broken open.
Rebuilt.

EIGHT DAYS UNTIL MEET DAY! 🔥

And no matter what happens
when I step onto that platform,
I already know what it took to get here.

Every tear.
Every setback.
Every quiet victory.

Nobody can take that away from me.
Because the real victory
is everything it took to become
the woman standing here today.

THE COMEBACK MEANS MORE
THAN ANYONE WILL EVER KNOW. ❤️‍🔥

This is my LAST lifting video
until meet day. 👀

BYEEEEEEEE! 👋🏾

🥧 My vegan Thanksgiving pie guide is here!

I know it may seem early, but SAVE this for when you’re looking to pick up a pie at the store or want to bake something from scratch as I’ve gathered lots of options to help make your dessert planning a little easier.

Inside, you’ll find store-bought freezer aisle finds, bakery options, pie crusts and toppings, plus my recipes for vegan pumpkin pie, pecan pie and two NEW recipes for vegan sweet potato and shoofly pie (they’re so good)!

🆕 I now have a recipe toggle to convert measurements to metric versions as some have been asking!

Comment LINK and I’ll send you my full guide! 🍂
