(WIP) of ‘The balancing act stage’ that hosts the play written about womanhood, ‘more than friends, less than lovers’

Action class 🗡️

For women, the midlife dip in life satisfaction can overlap with perimenopause, when kids, work, your own health and ageing parents are already asking more of you.

Then your body starts asking for attention, too.

It’s easy to put yourself last when everyone else needs something. The friend you keep meaning to see. The strength training you keep postponing. The hobby that’s entirely yours. The honest conversation about how you’re really doing.

But your needs deserve space in this chapter.
• Make regular plans with a friend
• Make time for strength training
• Hold on to something you do just for yourself
• Tell someone when it feels heavy

And if menopause symptoms are making life harder, you deserve care and support. You don’t have to push through in silence.

Send this to a woman who needs that reminder.

Neighbors, things got heated inside an inside a Zaxby’s restaurant between a man and woman. Cuss words were being hurled from left and right but things quickly escalated after the woman called the man the n word. In return…he hawk spit right her face. 😩

Now, we don’t know what led to the two getting into it…but weigh in below. 👀

💃🏼 AND THE MOVES JUST KEPT COMING! 😂🔥 If this is your tipple, then the Monster is definitely bringing the ENERGY ⚡️💚 Although, let’s be honest… we all know Casey is just like this ANYWAY! 🤣 She doesn’t need an excuse to get going! 🕺🏼🐂🖤

İstanbula son 84 ilin ən güclü yağışı fəsadlar törədib

İstanbulda son 84 ilin ən güclü yağışının nəticələrini izləyirsiz. Fəlakət nəticəsində iki nəfər həyatını itirib. BBC Türkçe yazır ki, 14 oktyabrda başlayan leysan nəticəsində 1000-dən çox su basması qeydə alınıb və şəhərin bəzi nöqtələrinə illik yağıntı normasının yeddidə biri qədər yağış düşüb. Məktəblərdə bu gün və sabah da dərs olmayacaq, səbəb kimi yağıntıların 2 gün də davam edəcəyinin gözlənildiyi bildirilir. Bir beton zavodunda 14 saat köməksiz qalan işçilər də daxil olmaqla, İstanbul üzrə ümumilikdə 595 nəfər təxliyə edilib. Yağış səbəbindən 46 təyyarə İstanbuldakı hava limanlarına eniş edə bilməyib. İnsanlardan ehtiyac olmadıqca evdən çıxmamaları istənib, həmçinin, ikinci bir göstərişə qədər motosiklet və digər ikitəkərli vasitələrin hərəkətinə qadağa qoyulub.
