📸: BREAKING - Western officials and Israeli media have stated that Iran has been rebuilding its ballistic missile and drone launcher and munitions inventory. The most recent intelligence reports indicate that Iran has brought its TLE launchers back to 400, just 20 shy of its pre-war inventory. As for its munitions inventory, at least 70% of its ballistic missiles remains, with Iran working to rebuild that as quickly as possible. Their production facilities are also back online. As of 3:11PM EST, Iran has concluded a live-fire exercise involving 30 missile launched in the past week. Israeli news outlets are now reporting a strike from Iran could be coming. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is holding a limited security council meeting tonight. Secretary of State Marco Rubio also just recently finished a call with Netanyahu. ⚡️ POLL in our story, go vote.
Kipchoge in Full Flow 🐐 Marvel at the GOAT, Eliud Kipchoge, in full flow at the Melbourne Marathon over the weekend. Watch closely and you’ll see him move beautifully through all five key positions we teach in our Five Move Running System: DIP → TUCK → DRIVE → KICK → LAND But there’s something particularly special about his stride. By the time Kipchoge reaches mid-stance (our DIP position), his stance heel is already beginning to lift. His hands have already passed the midpoint of their swing. He’s already preparing to leave the ground! His landing is so stable and well-timed that he moves almost seamlessly into unloading the foot. There’s no unnecessary delay, no prolonged push-off. Just an incredibly efficient transition from landing to propulsion. It’s a masterclass in working WITH the ground, not AGAINST it. And this is exactly what we’re developing through our two courses. 🏃 FIVE MOVE RUNNING We develop the movement skills, coordination and timing needed to move through all five positions: Dip, Tuck, Drive, Kick and Land. ⚡ GET FREE SPEED We develop the elastic qualities that allow you to get on and off the ground quickly: BRACE → BOUNCE → OPEN → JUMP → REACT Learning to create stiffness, absorb and return energy, unload the foot and become increasingly reactive. Kipchoge demonstrates what happens when exceptional movement skills and elasticity come together. We might not all run like Kipchoge, but we can certainly learn from him! Want to unlock your run form? Follow me for tips, drills and skills. Comment GUIDE below and I’ll send you more information about our Five Move Running System and how to get FREE SPEED. #runtechniquecoach #instarunners #runnersofinstagram 🎥 Video courtesy of Runners Peak.
Woman Accused of Flashing Jehovah’s Witnesses and Offering Them a Taste of Her “Forbidden Fruit” BENTONVILLE, Ark. — A local woman is facing a misdemeanor charge after police say she exposed herself to two Jehovah’s Witnesses who knocked on her door Saturday morning. According to a police report, 32-year-old Marla Jensen answered the door in a robe, argued with the visitors about religion, then opened it to expose her nude body and offered to let them taste her “forbidden fruit.” The witnesses fled from the doorstep and contacted police. Officers said Jensen admitted she acted intentionally because she “wanted to shock them” and was tired of people coming to her home uninvited. Jensen was cited for indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. She is scheduled to appear in court next month.
