Where the hell is my husband... and my tickets? 🎀 Raye has called out ticket touts who used AI bots to "overwhelm" her sign-up process for an upcoming show. The singer revealed there were 1.8 million sign-ups for her one-off 5,000-seat performance at the Royal Albert Hall on 23 October. A spokesperson for the Royal Albert Hall said they "invest heavily" in protecting their ticketing systems from "automated attacks" but that venues "cannot solve this problem alone". Tap the link in @BBCNews's bio to read more about the planned law which could stop this from happening. #Raye #BBCNews

You Are Treating Us Like An+mals Because We Are Bl@cks β€” Guest Rants as Police Shut Down Nigerian Wedding In Netherlands Over Noise Pollution A Nigerian wedding celebration in the Netherlands was interrupted by police on Sunday, October 11, 2026, following complaints about noise pollution. Footage of the incident showed police officers in yellow vests entering a decorated hall during the ceremony and directing guests to leave the venue. Guests dressed in traditional Nigerian outfits and formal attire were seen leaving, while some appeared distressed and others protested the disruption. A voice in the background accused the officers of r@cial discrimination, saying, β€œIt is because we are blacks; you’re treating us like an+mals.” The individual further described the intervention as intimidation, adding, β€œThis is someone’s wedding; you don’t have to stop it like that.” Events in the Netherlands are subject to local regulations governing noise levels, permits and operating hours. However, it remains unclear whether the wedding exceeded its permitted time or violated any specific event regulations. The incident has sparked mixed reactions online, with some commenters arguing that the hosts should respect local laws, while others questioned whether the police response was justified.
